During 2020, WYBSA will raffle off THREE (3) sets of FOUR (4) Cleveland Indians Tickets . Entry into the raffle will be base on volunteering events like Concessions, Fair, Field Day Cleanup, Tournament Help, etc.

Entries will be based on the following guidelines:
NOTE: Entries will be good for only the current set of (4) tickets being raffled (i.e. entries are good for 1 drawing, not all 3 sets of drawings other than noted above).
The 2020 To-Do list pdf is below. Teams and/or parents/guardians should volunteer for the projects best suited for their skillset and experience.
We rely on volunteers to get field up to par prior to season so we can have a successful year! Please volunteer for a project today and earn entry into the Indians Ticket Raffle!
Thank you for volunteering at the Moyer Concessions Stand. As reminder, parents/guardians will be required to volunteer at least one or more times per player during the regular/spring season. There is NOT an opt-out (buy out) for concessions volunteering. The only exception is for managers/coaches : Since they are required to be at the field during games, they are excluding from the concessions unless they are available.
Parents/Guardians are required to work ONE shift per player/team registered at the WYBSA Fair Booth during the Portage County Fair August 25-30, 2020. There is a "buy out/opt-out" available for $50 per player. If you are not available during the team's shift, then it is the parent's/guardian's responsibility to either volunteer for another shift or submit the $50 (per player) fair volunteering opt-out payment to WYBSA.
