How to become a youth softball manager or coach in just (4) easy steps:

Register online to become Manager/Asst Coach
Get an approved background screening (USA Softball)
Complete the Concussion Awareness Course & submit your certificate
Watch Lindsay's Law video and authorize completion form

3) Concussion Certificates & Course Info

Since 2013, youth coaches have been required to complete the concussion in youth sports free online training course. This page links to the current course through NFHSLearn, which needs to be completed every 3 years. Please make sure you save a PDF (or printed copy) of your certificate. Email a PDF of your certificate to the commissioners and president.

4) Lindsay's Law: Sudden Cardiac Arrest

Effective 2017 in Ohio, all parents, participant, and coaches are required to watch the Sudden Cardiac Arrest video. Parents & Children/Athletes are required to authorize the Sudden Cardiac Arrest form.
